Commissioners Elaine Renick and Linda Stewart earned an “F” on their Working People’s Report Card at www.lakecountygov.info. Considering what they’ve done for and to Lake County, this grade is awful high.

Lake County used to be known for vegetables and sod farms, but since Elaine Renick’s South Lake Strategic Plan was slipped in under the cloak of darkness we now only have SAD FARMS! It’s just another government kick to the American Farmer – thanks Elaine!

Which one is more corrupt – the US government or BP? Both have caused major economic disasters, which left one hell of a mess to clean up.

Commissioners Stewart and Renick actively had their campaign supporters try to convince Democrats to switch to the Republican Party so they could get their vote, and they went so far as to make a special plea to Obama supporters. Linda and Elaine – your daddies may have been Republicans, but you two are Democrats.

Lake County is leading the state in “political foreclosures” – Democrats who are switching to the Republican Party because they don’t have candidates or principles to support. Democrat is the party of change – one week a Democrat, the next week a Republican, the following week whichever party that’s popular.

Commissioners Linda Stewart and Elaine Renick are both receiving retirement pay from the State of Florida, plus almost $75,000 in commission salary. No wonder these double dippers don’t think Lake County’s economy is that bad. I guess when you’re getting two paychecks, job creation isn’t your top priority.
