Autumn begins for the rest of the country today, but here in Central Florida it’s just mid-summer.
With the Democrats’ record of huge deficient spending, I don’t believe it is a good idea that Rep. Grayson is on television talking about filling a stadium up with money, especially since he voted for most of it.
The County Commission is spending $11 million on a new emergency headquarters, and just a few weeks ago they were tapping the county’s reserves because of budget shortages. We don’t need this because the only emergency we have in Lake County is a lack of common sense on the County Commission.
If Obama really wants a stimulus program that will work he should give tax breaks for breast implants.
Obama says, “Muslim call to prayer is one of the prettiest sounds on earth.” On the other hand, for most American Christians, the ringing of the church bell is the prettiest sound on earth. I guess it really depends on who you believe in.
My hope is that our Jewish friends can have a peaceful safe Yom Kippur, but something tells me that Israel’s unruly neighbors will create a disruption. The Arab street runs too close by.
When you vote on these Constitutional Amendments in November, remember this golden rule: If you want to vote for jobs – Vote “No” on Amendments #4, #5, and #6, and vote “Yes” on the rest of them.
