The Sour Orange

When I think about the suffering of our Savior on the cross, it’s hard for me to feel good about this Friday.

I’ve finally found one food item that is more worthless than a Sour Orange – yellow peeps! I bet that’s the most thrown away Easter candy in America.

We have an atheist, who says the commissioners at Lady Lake shouldn’t pray before a meeting. With the decisions this bunch makes they need to pray, rub a rabbit’s foot, and shake a New Orleans Voodoo stick to start their meetings. The rights of many are sacrificed by the contrariness’ of one.

For nearly half of Americans today is officially tax day, the last day to file your income taxes. For all the other people who pay no taxes this is your day to complain that they are giving tax breaks to the rich. The rich are now defined in America as anyone who pays taxes.

Today is Palm Sunday, the day that Jesus started his journey for our salvation. Maybe it’s time we start our journey toward him.

President Obama has announced that he’s running for a second term because his work is not complete – he needs a little more time to bankrupt America.
